SecondWallet is committed to respecting and protecting our customer's privacy and security. As your
payday advance company, our relationship requires that we collect and disclose nonpublic personal
information about you to respond to your request for products and services offered by us through this
website. We will also collect information in order to notify you about products, services, and other
opportunities we think will be of interest to you. This Privacy Statement explains our information
collection and sharing policies as well as any opt-out procedures required under Federal Financial Privacy Law.
DEFINITIONS
- We, our, and us refers to American Cash Alliance, LLC. d/b/a as SecondWallet.
- You and your refers to customers of SecondWallet. A customer is someone who has established a
continuing relationship with us, whereby we provide our services.
- Nonpublic personal information is any personally identifiable financial information used to provide
a financial service or product to you.
- Nonpublic personal information does not include
information about you that is publicly available such as phone numbers in a telephone directory.
- Affiliate means any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with our
company.
- Nonaffiliated third party means any person or entity that is not one of our affiliates.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on any and all credit applications or other forms you fill
out. This information may include your name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, social
security number, source and amount of income, and bank information.
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others. This information may
include your payment history and loan balance.
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency or other lenders. This information may
include your creditworthiness or credit history.
- Information we receive from marketing companies or other direct marketing providers used to contact
you regarding information about our services. This information may include contact information and/or
demographic information.
INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
We may disclose nonpublic information about you that we collect to the following types of third parties:
- Information we provide to our transaction-processing center and their affiliates in order to manage
and service your loan request.
- Information we provide to credit bureaus, collection agencies, bad debt purchasers, banks, or other
consumer loan companies.
- Information we provide to direct marketing companies or other lenders to provide you with products
or services we feel are relevant to you.
- Information we do not currently provide, but reserve the right to disclose in the future to electronic
marketers or loan transaction providers.
RIGHT TO OPT OUT OF OUR INFORMATION SHARING POLICIES
SecondWallet reserves the right to disclose nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third
parties. If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated
third parties, you may opt out of those disclosures, that is, you may direct us not to make those
disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law). If you wish to opt out of disclosures to
nonaffiliated third parties, you may fill out and submit the included form located at

EXCEPTION: Your right to opt-out does not prohibit our sharing of your nonpublic personal
information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, to other companies with whom
we have joint marketing agreements, or other nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law. This
information may include all the information we collect as described above under "Information We Collect."
Your right to opt-out does not preclude the use of your information by nonaffiliated third parties who
have already received your information. Instead, opting-out ensures that we will honor your opt-out for
all future disclosures.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those of our and our servicer's
employees who need to know that information in order to process your request. We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic
personal information.
