When will the loan be due?
Generally, on your following payday or you may pay the finance charge and extend the loan until your next payday.
How much can I borrow?
Up to $500.00. (Contingent upon income level and various underwriting criteria. Maximum first time loan
amount is $300),and don't worry, any credit type can qualify, even bankruptcy, charge-offs and bounced checks.
When will I receive my loan?
If all information is received by 5:00 p.m. EST and can be verified, you will generally receive your money
on the next business day.
When will I hear from you?
You will hear from us within one (1) business day or sooner upon receiving the necessary information. We will
contact you with a loan offer or to find out missing information. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
How will I know if I'm approved?
A member of our team will contact you via telephone.
How do I reprint my loan documents?
You are able to reprint your loan documents anytime during the lending process. If you wish to reprint your
loan documents just
log-on to our website, the
documents are always available in your personal account section.
Can I extend the loan?
Yes. As a courtesy, we will automatically renew the loan for you unless you advise us that you wish to pay
the loan down or pay in full prior to the due date.
Once paid off, when can I get another loan?
You must wait three (3) business days. We may ask you to prove that the previous loan has been actually paid
in full by providing us a bank statement showing proof of a non-pending payment.
What is the fastest way to process my application?
E-sign your documents on the website. You may be required to provide a recent bank statement (within 30 days).
What states are loans unavailable?
Loans are currently unavailable to residents of CO, WV, GA, NY, ID, PA, NC, NJ, OK, NV, LA, WA, and OR.

Typical loan terms are for 14-days, at the rate of 782.143% APR, the finance charge
would be $30 per $100 borrowed. Please see our

Can I pay early?
Yes, we do not charge a prepayment penalty, and if you do pay early, your interest will be adjusted so you are
only charged for the days the loan is outstanding.
If I don't have enough on my payday to cover the balance, may I obtain an extension?
You may apply for an extension by calling our Customer Support at (866) 735-6857, at least 3 days prior to your scheduled due date.
At a minimum, you will be required to pay the interest due on the due date, and we encourage you to pay some
toward reducing your principal loan balance at the time of an extension. If you do pay extra toward principal,
you will reduce the amount of interest you would otherwise pay.
May I cancel this loan if I decide against it?
Yes, if you notify us by 5:00 pm the next business day, you may rescind your payday loan, and we’ll simply
withdraw from your account the amount we deposited into your account.
